Please be advised that when making a purchase in Your Internet Mall, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

At the present time, Your Internet Mall only sells to the contiguous 48 United States. International laws do not apply to our company because we do not ship outside of the United States at this time. Any orders placed outside of the United States will be denied.

You understand and agree that products are available on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee the actual availability of a product at any time. When dealing with Your Internet Mall, you agree that you will not hold Your Internet Mall liable in any way. You also agree that Your Internet Mall will not be held liable for the inability to provide a given product at any time.

Although shipping will occur as quickly as possible, arrival times cannot be guaranteed. The carrier will determine the actual arrival time to your selected shipping destination.

It is illegal to make any unauthorized copies of any of the graphics displayed on Your Internet Mall. Should you make copies, you agree that you will be held legally liable for your actions, and not hold Your Internet Mall accountable in any way.

English is the primary language of Your Internet Mall. Therefore, I understand that all information is based on the English language version and any incorrect translations are related to the third party software and you will not hold Your Internet Mall liable for any incorrect information that may be lost in translation.

Shipping costs may be changed at any time based on the charges from third party shippers. You understand that shipping could change depending on the purchase weight, size, and method of shipping which may alter the shipping rate charged. Should a shipping charge differ, you understand that your order will be stopped and you will be invited to resubmit your purchase based on any updated shipping charges. Since shipping is condcted through a third party shipper (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS), you agree with any delay times that may arise due to their shipping schedule and/or any act of God (storms, etc.). Based on these shipping scenerios, you understand that arrival dates may be altered by the shipping company handling your order.

When making a purchase at Your Internet Mall, you understand that Your Internet Mall ships only to the contiguous 48 States of the United States of America. Your Internet Mall does not ship internationally. Your Internet Mall will not condone any shipments that go outside of the United States borders. You agree to hold complete responsibility if you ship our shipments outside of the United States of America. You also agree not to hold Your Internet Mall liable for any transactions that you may perform after a delivery has been made to a United States addressee on a shipment.

You also understand that, if a situation warrants, Your Internet Mall will conduct a Fraud check prior to granting any sale that signals our system with any indicators of potential Fraud. Should our Fraud System indicate to us that Fraud is at a high chance of ocurring with any transaction, your purchase request will be denied.

You also agree that packaging may differ based on changes made by the manufacturer.

** "Bill to" and "Ship to" names and address must match for your order to be honored and processed. Any order that does not have matching "Bill to" and "Ship to" addresses will be cancelled.
