Shipping & Returns

Orders are usually shipped in 1-2 business days.

General Shipping Plans Offered at checkout:

1) Discount Shipping (5-9 Business Days) Products, when it is offered and shipped on this shipping plan will be delivered by a Federal Express/USPS delivery system and we usually will provide a tracking number for this system as soon as it is available.

2) Federal Express Ground - Federal Express General Ground Delivery.

3) UPS (various shipping agreements offered)

* Credit Cards will not be charged until the item has physically shipped and we have verification that the item is in transit to its destination. This does not cover transactions processed through the PayPal service.

"Bill to" and "Ship to" names and address must match for order to be honored and processed. Any order that does not have matching "Bill to" and "Ship to" addresses will be cancelled.

While shipping amounts are generated by our system, after purchase charges may occur should a carrier change their rates without notice. Should this occur, the sale will be terminated, the customer will be notified, and invited to resubmit the order based on any shipping rate changes indicated by shipper.

Since Your Internet Mall relies on third party shippers, any delay in your product reaching its destinitation is up to the shipper handling your order. Generally, our shipping will reach its destinitation within its normal time span, but on occasions the delivery can be delayed due to unforseen circumstants or acts of God (storms, etc.) that may inhibit the time you initially expected to receive your order. A tracking number will be attached to your account once it becomes available. This will allow you to track the progress of your package as it heads to its destiniation.

Product and contents are based on our item number and the UPC code which are cross-referenced to assist with accuracy prior to shipping. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Purchases will be refunded based on the following process:

We have a 30 day return policy. Refunds will not be granted for any puchase after the product has been shipped. Purchaser must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from Your Internet Mall prior to shipping back to company and be within the 30 day return policy. The RMA can be obtained in the following manner: email customercare@yourinternetmall.com to receive an RMA for package prior to shipping.

The RMA: must be on the package being returned.

RMA Approval: (obtained from Your Internet Mall prior to shipping)

Refunds will be granted once product has been received.

Cancellations will be based on a specific product being out of stock and/or at our discretion. Should a product be out of stock, we will try to obtain the product from another supplier if at all possible. You will also have the option to keep you order and it will be placed on backorder and fulfilled immediately upon the product being restocked in the warehouse.

We will only cancel if we are unable to obtain your product ordered within a maximum of 6 business days. We will work to get your product because we are Your Internet Mall. Should we get confirmation from our distributor that your backordered product will be arriving within 2 weeks, we will notify you through email and follow-up with our distributor to assure you get your product. You will not be charged in this situation until your product has been shipped.

Damaged Returns or Shortages

The shipper must be notified within 24 hours of reciept of the shipment. The shipper will be sent to inspect and pickup the damaged item.

The following items cannot be returning to Your Internet Mall

* Discontinued Items

* Items missing the original packaging

* Open Software (includes video games)

This covers our general return policies. Any over-riding product specific return policies will be included in the specific product descriptions.

ADS TECHNOLOGY, AGROX, AVID, AXIS, BELLA, BRUNTON, CANON WIDE FORMAT PRINTERS AND SUPPLIES, COBRA, COKIN, CONTOUR, CASIO, DAN-ELEC, DRAPER SCREENS and ACCUSCREENS (a subdivision of Draper), ELMO, FARGO, INFOCUS, HITACHI, MATROX, NIKON (specified items), PANASONIC, PEXAGON, PIONEER, PRIMERA, RIMAGE, SAMSUNG, SILEX, SHINKO or KANEMATSU USA, SMARTSOUND, SONY CHEMICAL, SWANN, TERAPIN, TOMTOM, ULEAD, ZEBRA. Approved RMA'for INFOCUS must be returned within 15 days of purchase.

Other manufacturers may have return policies specific to individual products.

All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
