My name is Craig Dillon and I am the Mall Manager as well as the founder of Your Internet Mall. I am here to help you in any way that I can. I have a passion for providing the most customer friendly site around. I have a wonderful family and decided 2.5 years ago to design an internet mall. With my family at my side and the hard work ethics that I have, I started this company. You are shopping with a small business that has excellent business ethics and truly cares about your experience here.
We spent many years of research into finding reliable product lines for our customers. After finding product lines, a design for a this internet mall experience was underway. The store names are based on an individual merchant experience and look. This philosophy was used to make the visit to the Your Internet Mall a bit more interesting.
Security has been an important part of the design of this site. Therefore, we signed up with Yahoo! to provide a secure platform for our customers to shop. The 128-bit encryption provides a safe and secure environment to shop.
We have also added another level of security for our customers. We brought on a site security company to perform checks and keep the site at a higher level of security for our customer's safety and peace of mind while shopping at Your Internet Mall.com. Thanks to Yahoo and ControlScan, we can assure our customers of an even higher level of security.
Our continuing plans are to have customers submit suggestions for Research and Development. This will allow us to keep up with the ever changing ideas and suggestions from our guests.
This methodology will also assist us in adding new mall stores to the current layout. New product lines are planned to be developed based on the feedback we receive from our customers.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Purchases will be refunded based on the following process:
We have a 30 day return policy. Purchaser must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from Your Internet Mall prior to shipping back to company and be within the 30 day return policy. The RMA can be obtained in the following manner: email customercare@yourinternetmall.com to receive an RMA for package prior to shipping.
The RMA: must be on the package being returned.
RMA Approval: (obtained from Your Internet Mall prior to shipping)
Refunds will be granted once product has been received.
Cancellations will be based on a specific product being out of stock and/or at our discretion. Should a product be out of stock, we will try to obtain the product from another supplier if at all possible. You will also have the option to keep you order and it will be placed on backorder and filled immediately upon the product being restocked in the warehouse.
We will only cancel if we are unable to obtain your product ordered within a maximum of 6 business days. We will work to get your product because we are Your Internet Mall. Should we get confirmation from our distributor that your backordered product will be arriving within 2 weeks, we will notify you throught email and follow-up with our distributor to assure you get your product. You will not be charged in this situation until your product has been shipped.
Damaged Returns or Shortages
The shipper must be notified within 24 hours of reciept of the shipment. The shipper will be sent to inspect and pickup the damaged item.
