Q: Where are your descriptions? You have many products without them, why?

A: We are concerned with getting the product images for you to at least see the product(s). We do have specifics of our products listed to the left of the individual product you are viewing. We are not interested in using the same descriptions as our competitors, you can read them anywhere in the Internet. Our goal is to provide you with thousands of products while still finding a way to keep our prices low for you. We will still be doing our best to add unique descriptions.

Q: Do you sell IBM Thinkpads?

A: Yes we do. However, IBM no longer makes the Thinkpad computer systems. Lenovo is the company that has taken over this product line and they continue to manufacture the Thinkpad computers as did IBM in the past.

Q: How does Free Shipping work?

A: When you place your order, select the free shipping method of shipping. Your order will be shipped to you at no charge. This method usually takes 5-9 business days to reach its destination. Our most recent Free Shipping offer expired on December 31, 2010.

Q: Do you only accept PayPal for Purchases?

A: No. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express in addition to offering you the option to pay using the PayPal service.

Q: Why can't I order a product? I want to order something and there is no Order buttton available.

A: When an Order Button is not present with a product, the product is Out of Stock.
